Royal Crown Vinegar is a thick style of vinegar reduction. A full flavored, naturally sweetened and flavored balsamic vinegar reduction. It is slow cooked in our kettle, hand made Staten Island. Joe carefully keep watch over this liquid gold. There are a number of ways to use this vinegar. Great as a marinade, use it as a glaze, on top of chicken or beef. Great on sandwiches.
